Sundial Homes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent for upcoming new communities. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, emphasizing client relationships and excellent customer service, along with strong selling skills.’
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing all purchaser files, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale
• Preparing weekly sales reports
• Attending weekly sales meetings
• Registering visitors and following up after their initial visit
• Coordinating any mortgage conditions with the bank
• Assisting prospective purchasers in their decision-making process
Qualifications must include:
• New home sales experience
• Strong closing, selling, and communication skills
• High motivation and computer literacy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
